1. Reservation & Check-in
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a valid deposit as specified during booking. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash. All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes. Hotel Parampara reserves the right to pre-authorise your payment card at check-in.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Guests must comply with hotel policies including no-smoking in designated areas, quiet hours, and guest safety guidelines.
4. Event Bookings
Event and venue bookings require a non-refundable security deposit. Final headcount and menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event. Hotel Parampara is not liable for force majeure events beyond our control.
5. Liability
Hotel Parampara shall not be liable for loss of personal property unless deposited with the hotel for safekeeping. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
6. Amendments
Hotel Parampara reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
